The pressure valve on the lid helps seal the box hermetically and facilitates ease of use while opening and closing the box.
Caution: remove the lid before reheating meals in the microwave or oven. Do not heat for more than 3 minutes in the microwave. Use oven mits or safety gloves while removing heated container from the microwave to avoid risk of burning yourself.

La boîte en inox est bien mais la boîte fermée n'a pas d'intérêt puisque pas étanche et elle s'ouvre pendant le transport.. du coup cher pour le rôle qu'elle ne joue pas
